A Massachusetts woman is accused of driving under the influence and causing a crash that killed a motorcyclist in New Hampshire, according to state police.New Hampshire State Police officials said troopers responded at about 3:45 p.m. Saturday to a report of a motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and Woodland Road in the town of North Hampton. North Hampton police and medical personnel from the town's fire department also responded to the scene.Investigators determined that a black 2015 BMW had entered the intersection and caused a collision with a Harley Davidson motorcycle.The driver of the BMW was identified by state police as 38-year-old Jennifer McCoy, of Boston. State police said McCoy also had a juvenile passenger in her vehicle.McCoy, the child and the motorcycle operator were transported to Portsmouth Regional Hospital. The motorcycle operator was pronounced dead at the hospital, while McCoy and her juvenile passenger did not suffer any injuries.State police said McCoy was then charged with driving under the influence and is scheduled to be arraigned in Rockingham County Superior Court.All aspects of the crash remain under investigation. A Massachusetts woman is accused of driving under the influence and causing a crash that killed a motorcyclist in New Hampshire, according to state police.

Investigators determined that a black 2015 BMW had entered the intersection and caused a collision with a Harley Davidson motorcycle.
