central Virginia, south central Virginia, southwest Virginia, west
central Virginia and southeast West Virginia.

Locally heavy rainfall is possible today and tonight. There is a
threat of isolated flash flooding due the multiple rounds of
thunderstorms with intense rainfall rates.
