The Baltimore Ravens had quite the busy offseason making a number of high-profile additions on both sides of the ball. On top of that, they also made headlines with their draft-day trade of Marquise Brown.

From notable free-agent signings like Marcus Williams to highly-touted draft additions such as Kyle Hamilton and Tyler Linderbaum, the Ravens have received their fair share of praise.

But not every offseason move has received the same level of attention. The following four moves on this list may not be as high-profile, but they could prove to be just as impactful in the long run.

Let’s take a look at the four most underrated moves the Ravens made this offseason.

4. The Ravens draft Tyler Badie in the sixth round

Perhaps it’s a bit too early to call this move “underrated.” After all, it’s always difficult to gauge how rookies (especially Day 3 draft picks) will fare in the NFL.

The early signs regarding sixth-round pick Tyler Badie, however, have certainly been promising. Badie was one of the standouts from spring practices with the rookie running back regularly making plays on offense.

Although the offense was limited to exclusively passing drills this spring, Badie made the most of his opportunities and was the most active running back in the passing game.

It’s going to be difficult for him to crack the rotation as a rookie, but if he could contribute on passing downs, he may just be able to carve out a role. More people need to be talking about Tyler Badie.
