Dallis Goodnight is transferring to Georgia, she announced on social media.
“I’M COMING HOME,” Goodnight wrote on Instagram on Saturday.
A Dacula, Georgia native, Goodnight’s new home in Athens is roughly 35 miles from her home.
Goodnight, a true freshman in 2022 at Alabama, was an every day starter in the outfield for the Crimson Tide. She finished third on the team with a .302 batting average on the year, with 42 hits, 33 runs scored, and a team-leading 18 stolen bases to her credit.
She has three years of eligibility remaining.
