Two injured, baby unharmed, in Holland Township crash

HOLLAND TWP. — Two people were injured in a crash near Holland on Saturday evening in Holland Township.

At about 7:40 p.m. June 25, Ottawa County Sheriff's deputies were dispatched to Adams Street at 104th Avenue.

Police said a 22-year-old Grand Rapids man driving a 2018 Jeep Compass westbound on Adams Street struck a Subaru driven by a 35-year-old Dorr woman after running through multiple red traffic signals.

The driver of the Jeep Compass suffered minor injuries.

The Subaru driver suffered serious, non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital. A 7-month-old child in the woman's car was not injured.
