While some fans might be concerned about Luka Doncic playing for Slovenia instead of working out and using the offseason to rest, Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban doesn't seem to have any problem with it.

That much is clear after the Mavs boss tweeted his support and excitement for Doncic when the superstar guard participated in Slovenia's exhibition game against Italy on Saturday.

Cuban looked like a proud dad as he shared the stats from the game, which saw Doncic's group earn a 90-71 win. Luka played just 23 minutes in the contest, putting up 12 points, seven rebounds, five assists and one steal:

For what it's worth, Mavs fans have every reason to be happy about Luka Doncic playing in the offseason, especially if they witness his performance in the game. While it was only a friendly that lacked the usual competitiveness of a tournament, the 23-year-old really balled out and showed his offensive and playmaking skill set:

Aside from throwing a ridiculous no-look dime — similar to the ones he dishes out with the Mavs from time to time — he also showcased his signature step-back triple among many others:

It was definitely quite the view for Mavs fans, who should only get more excited about what the future holds for the team. Dallas fell one series short from reaching the NBA Finals, but from what they have achieved with Luka leading the way, they are definitely in good hands.
