Authorities in Cedar Rapids say a protestor was hit by a truck near the Linn County Courthouse.KCRG reports a woman was hit around 7:15 p.m. Friday. The protest was over the Supreme Court's recent ruling on abortion.According to police, the woman was legally crossing the street in front of the federal courthouse. Police say demonstrators had the right of way but the light changed. Words were exchanged before the woman was hit.The woman was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. The driver has not been arrested. It's not clear if the driver will be charged.The investigation is ongoing.More news:
