He robbed my boyfriend's mother last year, in Prospect Park. He gets arrested, then set free to rob again. It's about time that Cracky McCrackhead gets some serious prison time in order to teach him that stealing has consequences. He's never going to change if he never gets punished. The current legal system is failing the residents of the state by being so soft on crime. The criminals have more rights than decent people, and they know it.
