MARSHALL COUNTY, Ohio (WTRF) — Marshall County Circuit Court Clerk Joe Rucki was named West Virginia Circuit Court Clerk of the Year by the West Virginia Trial Court Association.
Rucki has served for 34 years. Multiple trial court attorneys across the Mountain State recommended Rucki for the award, and he was chosen from 55 county circuit court clerks throughout the state.
