The York County coroner was called to a multi-vehicle crash just before noon on Saturday.The crash was at Wilson Avenue and Eisenhower Drive in Hanover Borough.According to the coroner, the female driver of a Kia Soul crossed four lanes of traffic and hit two other vehicles.The coroner says the driver was not wearing a seatbelt.Hanover Borough Police are investigating the fatal crash.
