The Cincinnati Zoo will be celebrating diversity and biodiversity this weekend with two themed events!

The Cincinnati Zoo will be celebrating diversity and biodiversity this weekend with two themed events!On Saturday, the Zoo plans to host their annual Pollinator Carnival. The carnival will include stations where visitors can learn more about the important job that pollinators have in keeping our ecosystem healthy. On Sunday, the Zoo will host their first-ever PRIDE Day and will feature rainbow-themed enrichment for the animals throughout the day. Visitors will also be able to add free rainbow sprinkles to ice cream orders all weekend, the gift shop will also have merchandise items from the Zoo PRIDE collection. "The Cincinnati Zoo celebrates the diversity of our plants & animals, staff, visitors, and community, and we are committed to making it a place where differences are recognized, welcomed, and celebrated," said Cincinnati Zoo director Thane Maynard. "We're proud to inspire every visitor with wildlife every day!"The Zoo is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. To purchase tickets, visit here.
