KANSAS CITY —Law enforcement authorities investigating a fatal SUV, ATV crash have identified the victim as 39-year-old Nicholas Santiago-Angeles of Kansas City, Kansas, according to KCK police.
Just before 9p.m. Wednesday, police responded to report of an accident in the 4900 Block of Shawnee Drive found a the Santiago-Angeles, the driver of an ATV deceased, according to police spokesperson Nancy Chartrand.
EMS transported his adult, female passenger to an area hospital for treatment of serious but non-life-threatening injuries. The adult male driver of the SUV sustained minor injuries.
the accident remains under investigation.
