The Spartanburg Police Department is searching for a man wanted in connection with a shooting in May.
Police say they have signed arrest warrants for Tyson Maurice Thompson for murder and attempted murder.
On May 21 around 2:10 a.m., Spartanburg police say they were called to Magnolia Street in reference to a shooting.
Police say they found Dearrius Lynell Bobo at the scene lying on the sidewalk. They say he died at the scene.
Officers say a second victim, Christopher Rashaun Johnson, was also shot and taken to Spartanburg Regional Medical Center in a private car before police got to the scene.
Police also have arrest warrants for Thompson for possession of a weapon during a violent crime, unlawful carry of a hand gun and unlawful carry of a firearm by a person convicted of domestic violence.
