Flying Dog Brewery is going into the cocktail business.The Frederick-based brewery announced this week that it has partnered with two other East Coast breweries, Boston's Harpoon Brewery and Saranac Brewery in Utica, New York, to launch Right Coast Spirits, a new brand focused on ready-to-drink canned cocktails.The first Right Coast Spirits products, a line of fruit-filled drinks called Vodka Whips, head to store shelves this month.
