CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Spotty showers and rumbles will be possible overnight through Sunday morning. Temperatures will start mild in the lower 70s.

Heat and humidity return Sunday to prime our atmosphere for afternoon storms.

Some of these storms could be strong to severe with damaging wind gusts and locally heavy rainfall our main concerns as temps climb into the 80s.

Rain will come to an end from west to east Sunday night leaving us with clearing conditions Monday and highs in the lower to middle 70s.

The heat slowly returns through next week with the 90s back by Thursday and our next chance of storms returning Friday.
