HENRY COUNTY—Two people died in an accident just after midnight Saturday in Henry County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2006 Chevy passenger vehicle driven by Christopher S. McCartney, 38, Windsor, was eastbound in the 200 Block of West 8th Street in Windsor.
The driver failed to negotiate a curve. The vehicle struck an embankment, traveled off the road and struck a tree.
McCartney and a passenger Hannah M. Campbell, 32, Windsor, were pronounced dead at the scene. The MSHP had incomplete seat belt usage information.
