GOSHEN – Orange County Executive Steven Neuhaus has named Paul Wiley as the county’s director of real property tax services.
Wiley replaces Eric Ruscher, who retired earlier this year.
Wiley had been the county’s assistant director of real property Tax Services from September 2021 until this past April, when he was named acting director.
Prior to joining county government, Wiley worked as a real estate appraiser in the private sector in Newburgh for nearly three decades.
