FLORALA, Ala. (WDHN)—For some this weekend, all roads will lead to the border town” of Florala
Home to the “24th of June celebration” the oldest continuous “Masonic Day
Celebration” in the world.
It started shortly after the Civil War. This is the event’s 152nd consecutive year.
It always takes place on the “Saturday closest” to the 24th of June which is Saturday, June 25th.
It includes carnival rides, food trucks, and many activities for the kids. Plus after dark, fireworks over Lake Jackson when it gets dark.
Everyone is invited to enjoy the festivities.
