BY THE DRAINAGE BOARD
ON A PROPOSED
DRAINAGE PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at 8:00 a.m. at the Grant County Courthouse to consider a Drainage Permit. The request, if granted, would control erosion.
1. Permit DR2022-39 for Tyler Keller of 46911 143rd St., Twin Brooks, SD, 57269, for property owned by; 
 A) Todd and Sheree Keller, of 46911 143rd St., Twin Brooks, SD, 57269, and located in the E1/2SW1/4 & E 64 RODS OF GOVT LOT 3 & E1/2NW1/4 of Section 4, Township 121, Range 49, west of the 5th Principal Meridian, Grant County, South Dakota. (Kilborn Township)
 B) Todd and Sheree Keller (same) and located in the W1/2SW1/4 of Section 4, Township 121, Range 49, west of the 5th Principal Meridian, Grant County, South Dakota. (Kilborn Township)
 C) Donald and Donna Deboer Living Trust ET AL, of 707 East 8th Avenue, Milbank SD, 57252, and located in the W 96 RODS OF GOVT LOTS 3, 4 & E1/2NW1/4 of Section 4, Township 121, Range 49, west of the 5th Principal Meridian, Grant County, South Dakota. (Kilborn Township)
All persons interested therein may appear and be heard before the Drainage Board at said hearing or may file written comments with the Planning & Zoning Officer, Acting as Drainage Administrator, 210 E 5th Ave, Milbank, SD 57252 prior to said hearing.
