The Fresno Opera and Orchestra Summer Academy, more commonly known as FOOSA, marks its 10th anniversary with a pair of free concerts this weekend in Fresno. The festival brings together world-renowned classical musicians with young artists for two weeks of collaboration and performance. To find out what music lovers can expect this weekend, Valley Edition Host Kathleen Schock spoke with FOOSA musical director, Dr. Thomas Loewenheim.
