Two charged with drug trafficking after Thursday traffic stop in Miller County

Two women are charged with several crimes after a search of a vehicle found fentanyl and meth on Thursday morning.

A Miller County prosecutor has charged both Geneva Berry, 38, of Iberia and Lisa Kenyon, 52, of Camdenton with first-degree trafficking of drugs and delivery of a controlled substance.

The Miller County Sheriff’s Office reported deputies and members of the Mid-Missouri Drug Task force stopped a vehicle on Highway 42 during the early morning hours on Friday, according to a release.

Sheriff Louie Gregoire says after deputies developed probable cause, deputies searching the vehicle found a half-pound of meth and Fentanyl.

According to a release, both women are in the Miller County Jail being held on $125,000 bond.

Neither woman currently has a defense attorney listed, according to online court records.
