Police seized several types of drugs Wednesday after a traffic stop in southeast Wichita.
Patrol East Officers were conducting drug interdiction activities in the 300 block of S. Webb Road when they stopped a vehicle leaving a hotel. The 36-year-old driver was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and three handguns.
Officers learned that the man was guest in the hotel, and noticed multiple people at the room he was staying in.
The officers obtained a search warrant and seized roughly 6 pounds of meth, 1,000 Percocet pills, 100 ecstasy pills, firearms and a substantial amount of drug paraphernalia.
