House of Cards actor Kate Mara and Jamie Bell, her husband, have listed their private retreat in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles for $3.2 million. Mara and the Rocketman star are making a final curtain call after making a handful of cosmetic changes to the house they acquired in 2018 for about $2.6 million.
The traditional-style home was built in 1936 and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, sitting at just under 3,000 square feet. The beautiful property is ringed by a thick hedge wall, ensuring privacy from public view. One side of the property has a detached two-car garage; the opposite side includes the main entry, which is a locked metal gate at street level.

The home is sited on a notably long and narrow lot, which explains the lengthy hallway that connects to various bedrooms.
