Clovis police are looking for man after his ex-girlfriend said he kidnapper her and then threatened to kill her and light her dead body on fire.
Police said they went to the Allsups on North Prince around 9:50 p.m. Thursday on a report of a "woman being held against her will."
When officers got there, they found the woman tied up with rope. Her hands were bound with duct tape.
Police said she had more duct tape in her hair and ligature marks around her neck and ankles.
The victim told police she had been in an argument with her ex-boyfriend, 27-year-old Kelvin Jonatan Najera Sevilla, when the situation became violent.
According to police, she said Sevilla tied her up, held a gun to her head, tried to suffocate her with a plastic bag and threatened to murder her, throw her body into her car and light it on fire.
Police said evidence found during a search of Sevilla's home backed up the victim's story.
A judge issued an arrest warrant for Sevilla.
