Woman arrested on arson charge in Johnson City

Police in Johnson City, Tennessee arrested a woman on a charge of arson in connection with an apartment fire.

Aimee Phillips, 33, of Johnson City is being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond.
Police say the fire occurred on April 26 at an apartment in the John Sevier Center on E. Market St.
