Man Sentenced To 25.5 Years In Prison

A Wellington man will be spending the next 25 and a half years for his involvement in a 2019 murder

Thirty-six-year old Anthony Arreola pled guilty to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the death of Frankie Lynn Cannon.

The case was prosecuted in the 100th Judicial Court.

Arreola is the fourth person to be convicted in connection with Cannon’s murder. Last year, Gilbert Fernandez was found guilty of murder and aggravated assault charges, he was sentenced to life and in prison and Dacota Segura Testified against Fernandez and was given 20 years in prison.

This month, Benjamin Breackenbridge pled guilty to the murder and was given 20 and a half years.
