The annual Lakefest celebration in Jamestown is now just one week away.
The celebration will kick off with pageants a week from today on Friday, July 1.
Pageant entry forms can be picked up and returned to Jamestown City Hall or Southern Roots.
On Saturday, a day full of events is scheduled including the Mike Hill 5K and 10K runs.

Breakfast in the Park and opening ceremonies will begin at 7 a.m. and the evening will conclude with Craig Morgan in concert at 8:30 p.m. and fireworks at 10.
