Family matters: Isaiah Mobley among Cavaliers draft haul

The Mobley brothers were teammates at USC and now they are on the same roster in the NBA.

Khalifa Diop - 2nd round, #39th overall

Diop, 20, stands at 7-foot-1 and 240 pounds. He won the 2021-22 EuroCup Rising Star Trophy, averaging 14 points and 9.4 rebounds in the 2021 FIBA U19 Basketball World Cup.

In this past season with Spain's Gran Canaria, Diop averaged 6.5 points per game on 62% shooting.

Isaiah Mobley - 2nd round, 49th overall

While Evan Mobley was taken third overall by the Cavs in the 2021 NBA Draft, his older brother landed to Cleveland in the second round one year later.

Isaiah (6'10, 235 pounds) averaged 14.2 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 3.3 assists during the 2021-22 collegiate season.

During his sophomore season with USC, he and then-freshman Evan helped the Trojans to a 25-8 record and a spot in the Elite Eight.
