Hosmer went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Thursday's 6-2 loss to the Phillies.

Hosmer has homered in each of his last two games after going 32 contests without a long ball for much of May and June. The first baseman is up to six homers, 31 RBI, 25 runs scored, 12 doubles and a .282/.346/.407 slash line through 64 contests overall. While his power is getting back on track, he's batting just .197 (14-for-71) in June, so he'll need to improve his overall approach at the plate.
