Draft-night surprise: Social media, Ja Morant react to Grizzlies taking David Roddy in 1st round
David Roddy was one of the surprises of Thursday's 2022 NBA draft.
The Colorado State basketball star had one of the biggest surges (if not THE biggest) up the draft boards.
He was picked No. 23 overall by Memphis after the Grizzlies traded with Philadelphia to move into that spot.
The 6-foot-6 forward becomes just the third first-round pick in program history.
