“Yesterday, EDSO deputies located and arrested 34 year old Jesse Okamoto of El Dorado Hills and booked him into jail for battery and stalking charges.
EDSO has received multiple complaints of a male harassing and assaulting female pedestrians in the Town Center area of El Dorado Hills.
