Grand Island woman arrested on gun-related charges

GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (KSNB) - A Grand Island woman is facing felony gun-related charges in Hall County.
Vanessa Leon, 33, is charged with two counts of possession of a stolen firearm.
Leon was arrested at her home on Tuesday.
According to the arrest affidavit, Leon purchased and sold two firearms that she knew were stolen. The offense date in Hall County Court records lists May 23, 2022.
Leon is being held at the Hall County Department of Corrections on a $25,000 bond.
She’s expected in court July 12 at 10:30 a.m. for an evidence hearing.
