(KWNO)- A Hudson, Wis. man who broke his probation and cut off his GPS ankle monitor has been located in Winona, police say.

The man was identified as 41-year-old, Kenneth Seizemore. Seizemore was pulled over due to expired registration and incorrect plates on his vehicle.

After learning his identity, officers realized Seizemore had a warrant out for his arrest for violating his probation. The Winona Police Department had received information about him prior to the traffic stop and were told to be on the lookout for Seizemore.

Police say, during the traffic stop Seizemore wasn’t cooperating with officers and continuously made sudden movements towards the car’s middle console and under the driver’s seat.

Upon a search of the Vehicle, Officers found traces of contraband and colored pills in the middle console and under the driver’s seat, which were later identified as methamphetamine.

Seizemore was arrested on 5th-degree possession, obstruction, and probation violation.
