A Norborne man faces a felony charge in Livingston County after allegedly threatening a Chillicothe doctor on Tuesday.

Court documents say Kent A. Milligan faces a felony charge of first-degree making a terrorist threat.

The court denied Milligan’s bond and has yet to set any future court dates.
