Mike Tyndall groomed the Adams links with a deft manicurist’s touch during a polished round Tuesday in Adams Senior Men’s Golf Association stroke play.

Tyndall cultivated a score of 57 to win the A Flight gross title.

Jim Sasaki snared second place (64), followed by David Flick (66).

In the A Flight net chase, Bob Bennett notched 57 to lead the field, followed by David Ray (60), Frank Jordan (62) and Ron Williams (62).

Rider wins feature

Peggy Rider amassed a feature score of 27 to finish first in the A Flight during the recent Adams Women’s Golf Association playday.

The feature was Lotto (selected 2 par 5’s, 2 par 4’s and 2 par 3’s prior to play).

Sue Ellen Layton captured both the low net (69) and low putts (27) titles in the A Flight.
