A New Hampton man is facing felony charges in connection with an alleged arson in Canterbury.Firefighters responded to a report of two cars on fire early Monday morning. An arrest warrant was later issued for Derrick Poirier, who turned himself in to police on Wednesday.Poirier, 31, is facing felony charges of arson and criminal threatening. He is expected in court next month. Officials said the investigation is ongoing.
