Woman set on fire during apparent argument in Philadelphia park, police say

Authorities say a woman was badly burned when she was set on fire during a suspected argument at a Philadelphia park. Witnesses say the victim was standing with a man whose clothes also caught fire when a woman threw a flammable substance on her.
