CLOVIS, N.M. (KRQE) – The Hillcrest Zoo is hosting a contest to name its new baby camel. Through July 6, anyone can place a bid along with a proposed name on the city’s website.
The naming rights will go to the highest bidder, all proceeds benefitting the Hillcrest Zoo. The male Bactrian Camel was born on April 10.
