Slaughter’s BBQ to celebrate Independence with ‘Whole Hog’ American Jamboree
Join Texas-famous local BBQ joint Slaughter’s BBQ Oasis as they celebrate American independence by barbecuing a whole pig! Slaughter’s “Whole Hog” American Jamboree will take place July 2 at 1000 Gilmer Street (Fix and Feed Parking Lot) from 10 a.m. until they run out of food.
Not only will BBQ pork be available, but free beer and live music will take place by Matthew Fiock, local reggae artist.
