The City of Ripley is accepting sealed bids for paving. Bid price is to include preparation, patch, leveling, curb repair and base as needed. All work and material shall meet WV Department of Highway standards.
Specifications can be picked up at City Hall. The City of Ripley reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Portions of the winning bid may be rejected to meet budget. Bids need to list the price for each street in addition to the total project price. Sealed bids must be received in the business office of City Hall, 203 S. Church St. Ripley, WV 25271, ATTN: Matt Anderson, prior to 4:00 p.m. on July 5, 2022.

FOR THE CITY OF KEYSER WATER PLANT PROJECT
Please submit all requested information to Angie Curl, Project Specialist, Region 8 Planning and Development Council, 131 Providence Lane, Petersburg, WV 26847 no later than 4:00 p.m., June 28, 2022.
Attention is directed to the fact that the proposed project is to be undertaken with Federal and State funds and all work will be performed in accordance with the regulation issued those agencies and the State of West Virginia. The selected firm will be required to comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Executive Order 11246, Section 109 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1974, Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, Conflict of Interest Statement and Access to Records provisions.
The City will afford full opportunity for minority business enterprises to submit a show of interest in response to this invitation and will not discriminate against any interested firm or individual on the grounds of race, creed, color, sex, age, handicap, or national origin in the contract award.
