Law enforcement agencies investigate shooting in Salida

SAGUACHE COUNTY, Colo. (KRDO) -- A man was arrested following a shooting in the Moffat area.

Tuesday evening, the Saguache County Sheriff’s Office received a call from the Chaffee County Sheriff’s Office about a shooting investigation.

The Salida Police Department and the Chaffee County Sheriff’s Office conducted a joint investigation to find the suspect.

The Chaffee County Sheriff's Office says a police officer from Salida found the suspect in the West part of the area, at 9 p.m.

The suspect was arrested without incident.
