The city council accepted Matthew Stoll's resignation on Tuesday night.Now, Osceola is now looking for a new mayor.The city manager says that earlier this month, Stoll was involved in a fight at a local golf course, so he voluntarily stepped down. Back in November, Stoll became mayor after his name was drawn from a hat after an election night tie.A grand jury also indicted a man last month on charges that he illegally voted in the election, which may have affected the outcome.
