DETROIT LAKES (KDLM) – The Detroit Lakes Regional Chamber of Commerce will kick off their 2022 Women’s EDGE series, Wednesday.
The EDGE series, which stands for ‘Engage, Develop, Grow, Empower’ features speakers that inspire and leave the audience with a skill they can bring back with them.
Kat Perkins, known for her time on season 6 of The Voice will kick off this year’s series at 3 p.m. in Detroit Lakes City Park.
“We are so excited,” said Carrie Johnston with the Detroit Lakes Regional Chamber of Commerce. “Kat is originally from a small town in North Dakota, been on The Voice and has a foundation and really supports kids in music.”
This year’s speakers also include Dr. Cindra Kamphoff and Dr. Kerry Petsinger.
Tickets for the series are $99.
