47-year-old Ty Victor Albisu who shot his wife and her grandson at a Winnemucca bar the night of June 18, was found dead in Humboldt County Tuesday afternoon.
At around 3:00 p.m. on June 21, the Humboldt County Sheriff's Office with the assistance of other agencies, located a man who they identified as Albisu.
Authorities say there are no other suspects and no danger to the community.
The cause of Albisu's death is still under investigation.

Authorities say that Albisu is still on the run as of Monday, June 20. He was last spotted near McDermitt, Nevada at the Oregon border.
The Winnemucca Police Department has confirmed the woman who was shot and killed was Albisu's wife, and the injured man is her grandson.
Albisu is still considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
Authorities say they have received helpful tips from the community, and are encouraging anyone with information on Albisu's whereabouts is urged to call the police.

Police are looking for a man involved in shooting that killed one person and injured another at a bar in Winnemucca Saturday night.
The Winnemucca Police Department responded to shots fired at Raven's Bar in Grass Valley Road just before 9 p.m. on June 18.
Police found two gunshot victims upon arrival. The first, 21-year-old Dylan James Hobbs, was shot on the hand and transported to the hospital for further treatment. The second victim, 61-year-old Linda Albisu, died from her injuries on the scene.
The suspect was identified as 47-year-old Ty Victor Albisu.
Albisu's whereabouts are still unknown and a nationwide attempt to locate him has been issued. Police say he is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
Albisu is described as a white man with brown hair and green eyes. He is six feet tall and weighs 180 pounds.
