BLAINE COUNTY (KOKH) - Police are investigating a deadly crash that left one dead on Saturday afternoon near Greenfield.

Reports say the incident occurred on Highway 270, 2/10th of a mile north of E900 Road.

Authorities say 22-year-old Patrick Leflore, Jr., of Geary, rear-ended another driver for an unknown reason.

Leflore, Jr. was pronounced dead at the scene.
