Opinion: Forensic psychologist largely dismisses common talking point that mass shootings are caused by individuals with mental disorders

He asks, if millions of people with mental illness do not commit these crimes how can we blame mental illness? I say, same way you blame the gun when millions of other guns have not killed anyone!

Go figure. A california professor claims to have the solutions and they involve infringing upon Rights and blaming an inanimate object. He never mentions obvious lack of impulse control, overall age of these violent criminals, “gun free zones”putting targets on kids heads—-just anti guns. Absurd

So an activist psychologist, from UC no less, doesn't think it's a mental issue. No surprise there, but most of us are smart enough to know better. You can't show me one example of someone who has killed others and prove that the only reason it happened was because they had a gun.
