Summer may be heating up, but things are getting cold in Colquitt, GA as Frozen, JR. ushers a blizzard into Cotton Hall Theater. Frozen, JR. takes audiences to Arendelle for a story of true love and sisterhood featuring all the characters you love from the animated film. When faced with danger, Princesses Anna and her sister, Elsa, discover their hidden potential and the powerful bond of true love. Join in the adventure with a cast of beloved characters like Olaf, Oaken, and Sven! With so much magic, adventure, and plenty of humor, Frozen JR. is sure to thaw even the coldest heart!

“It’s been so much fun to bring this story that people love so much to the stage,” said Artistic Director Will Murdock, “And such a challenge to try to make it feel just as magical.

Featuring a cast of local actors from Donalsonville, Colquitt, Blakely, Bainbridge, Arlington, Edison, and beyond, Frozen, JR. is a great event to attend as a family. The concession stand will feature an assortment of goodies, including show-themed slushies as well as Cotton Hall’s signature popcorn. Behind the scenes, it’s a family affair as well.

“We have so many people working to make this show come together. At every rehearsal, we have our Sewing Ladies, a great group of parents, and a wonderful crew working on all sorts of projects — sewing, painting, hot-glueing,” Murdock continued, “There’s so many details that it takes everyone to make it happen.”

Frozen, JR. will run June 17, 18, 19, 24, 25, and 26 at Cotton Hall Theater in Colquitt. Friday performances begin at 7 p.m, with Saturdays at  2 p.m. and 6 p.m. and Sundays at 2:00 p.m.
