Taskmaster series 13 finale spoilers follow (including the winner).

The latest series of Taskmaster came to an end on Thursday night (June 16) with a nail-biting race to the finish.

Comedian Sophie Duker was eventually crowned the winner after scoring 173 points overall, with runner-up Chris Ramsey not too far behind on 170 points.

In third place was Bridget Christie with 157 points, while Ardal O'Hanlon finished on 153 and Loose Women's Judi Love came in last place with 142 points.

But while she may have come in last place, Judi certainly gave a memorable performance in the series' final episode.

During the Prize Round, the contestants were told they had to bring in a family heirloom.

Chris brought coffee table that plays the Godfather theme, Sophie brought a rice cooker, Ardal brought his mother’s biscuit tin, and Bridget had a kids' memory box containing pregnancy kits, teeth hair, umbilical cord swabs and hair.

But Judi brought in a necklace containing her own blood.

After seeing the necklace, host Greg Davies told Judi: "We’re really pushing what kids want to inherit."

Judi then told him: "Well, the reality is my blood has been passed down from generation to generation to generation. And it will continue to pass down, and if they need more, I will give them more."

Still confused by her choice, Greg continued: "Under what circumstances would your children need a vial of your blood?!"

"A medical thing… A ritual thing," Judi answered. "That blood is going to carry on a legacy, because it'll be in my kids' body and their kids' body."

Still confused, Greg then said: "But it's already in them… what's this necklace?!", to which Judi replied: "This necklace is if my blood starts to disappear they can still have my blood."

Alex Horne then helpfully added: "Just so you know, you can store blood for 42 days."

Judi was only awarded two points for the necklace, while Chris, Ardal and Sophie got four points and Bridget came out on top with five.

But despite coming last in the series, Judi did set a new Taskmaster record – earning the highest score of any last-place finisher ever on the show.

Taskmaster airs on Thursdays at 9pm on Channel 4 and All 4. Taskmaster: Champion of Champions II will air on June 23.
