NOTICE OF HEARING ON WEED AND PEST CONTROL DISTRICT BUDGET AND PUBLIC MEETING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing on the proposed budget for Uinta County Weed and Pest Control District for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, which has been approved by the Board of Directors, will be held at the Uinta County Weed & Pest, 90 County Road 262 in Mountain View, Wyoming, Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at 7:00 P.M. at which time any and all persons interested may appear and be heard respecting such budget and proposals for designated or declared weeds and pests. Any additions or deletions to the county declared or state designated lists for noxious weeds/pests may be discussed at this public meeting.

Star Valley Health is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of a 28’X60’ modular clinic building currently located at 3580 Wyo-414, Lyman, WY 82937 (Urie Intersection). Conditions of the purchase are that the winning bidder will be required to –
Disconnect and cap all utilities connected to the building.
The building must be moved from its current location before July 22, 2022.
It is the sole responsibility of the high bidder to pay for the relocation of the building.

SPECIAL EDUCATION RECORDS
The Special Education Services Department of Uinta County School District Number One will be destroying special education records by shredding them for those students who have gained inactive special education status by December 2014. These files would include students who have attained a diploma, received a certificate of attendance, were dismissed from special services, or have exited the district before December 2014.
Anyone wishing to obtain these confidential records must call Uinta County School District #1 Special Education Services at 307-789-7571 by July 21,2022.
