• Luis Andrez Cano, 37, Pampa, was arrested by Pampa Police Department for criminal mischief greater than $100 and less than $750, evading arrest/detention.
• Justin Welch, 42, Amarillo, was arrested by Gray County Sheriff’s Office for bond surrender- assault to cause bodily injury to a family member, insufficient bond- manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 3/4 less than 28 grams and a blue warrant.
